Overview

Amanecer Charters runs private yacht days out of Puerto de Abrigo on the north side of San Miguel. Everything is chartered by the boat, and the same operation covers snorkel days, sunset cruises and deep sea fishing, so a mixed group does not have to split up across two companies.

What The Trip Includes

A professional captain and crew, premium snorkelling gear, fuel, ice, bottled water and soft drinks. The standard snorkel itinerary takes in El Cielo, Palancar Reef and Colombia Reef. Sunset cruises and deep sea fishing trips run from the same marina.

Boat And Group Size

Charters are quoted by vessel, duration and group size rather than published as a fixed rate, so the boat is matched to your party. Contact the office with dates and numbers for a quote.

Good To Know

Because you are chartering rather than joining a scheduled tour, the itinerary is flexible: a group with one diver and three non-divers can build a day that works for everyone, and the crew can time the El Cielo stop to avoid the cruise-ship crowd. Prices are not published, so get the quote in writing including fuel and any marine park fees.

Getting There

Departures are from Puerto de Abrigo at Avenida Rafael E. Melgar 100 in the northern hotel zone, a short taxi ride from downtown San Miguel and the cruise piers. Times are set with your booking.
