A standard two-tank morning boat dive runs $120 to $180 USD per diver. That benchmark makes shops comparable; the spread comes down to boat size, group numbers and what the price actually includes.

These are the numbers as they are, not as an operator would prefer to present them.
What is normally included
Included in a two-tank dive: boat, guide, tanks, weights. Almost always the marine park fee.
Usually not included: full equipment rental, nitrox, private guiding, tips, and lunch.
Ask for the total before you commit. The gap between an advertised $120 and a real $165 is entirely made up of items in that second list.
Where the money actually goes
Packages beat single days. A five- or six-day package typically brings the per-dive rate down meaningfully against booking day by day. If you are diving more than twice, ask — most operators do not advertise it.
Gear rental adds up fast. At $25–40 a day, a week costs $175–280. If you dive regularly, bringing your own mask, computer and fins pays for itself within a couple of trips. Tanks and weights are always provided.
Nitrox is cheap here and often worth it. $10–15 per tank, and on repeat multi-day diving it meaningfully extends no-decompression limits. The certification costs $150–250 once.
Tipping is expected. 10–15% of the trip cost, split between guide and boat crew, is the local norm.
Why the cheapest quote costs more
An operator quoting well below the range is usually recovering it somewhere: larger groups, older gear, a slower boat that eats your day, or a fixed cruise-ship schedule that cuts bottom time short.

Season
Prices are broadly stable year-round, and a handful of centers — Eco Divers, which publishes its course prices outright, among them — put their numbers on the page instead of quoting on request. December through March is peak — book ahead, expect the top of each range. May through September is quieter and often cheaper, with excellent conditions.
