In the evening, when there is no boat tomorrow or the diving is finished for the trip, downtown does proper sit-down food, and the coast roads have the beach-club and resort kitchens for the nights you would rather not move. Before an early boat the question is narrower still: what is actually open, which is worth checking against each listing rather than guessing. Bars sit at the other end of the same day, and belong to the evenings when nothing is scheduled in the water tomorrow. Which end of the day you are solving for decides the section you want.
