Los Sera's Tacos

Los Sera''s is a trompo operation on the corner of Avenida Pedro Joaquin Coldwell and Calle Jose Maria Morelos, and it is one of the most consistently recommended al pastor stops on the island. The spit is out front where you can see it, which is the correct way to run a taqueria.

What To Order

Al pastor, carved off the vertical spit with a sliver of caramelised pineapple. That is the reason to come. There is a wider list of tacos and small plates alongside it, but the pastor is the benchmark. Salsas are on the table and range from mild to genuinely hot.

Good To Know

Hours run from mid-afternoon to around midnight and shift by day: 3:00pm to midnight Monday and Tuesday, 4:00pm to midnight Thursday through Saturday, 4:00pm to 12:30am Sunday. Closed Wednesdays.
