eTransfers Cozumel Airport Transfers

eTransfers is a Quintana Roo ground transport company based at Cancun International that also covers Cozumel. Unlike most operators on the island it publishes a per-vehicle price table with both passenger and suitcase capacity for each class, which makes it easy to work out whether your dive bags will actually fit.

How It Works

You book online for a named flight and choose a vehicle class. Service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which matters on Cozumel because early dive-boat departures and late inbound flights both fall outside normal office hours for local operators.

Rates

Published one-way rates from Cozumel airport to the Cozumel pier: Standard Private $45 for up to 9 passengers and 7 suitcases; Airport Taxi service $54 for up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases; Luxury Transportation $85 for up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases; Small Group $172 for up to 14 passengers and 14 suitcases. Prices are per vehicle.

Good To Know

The suitcase counts are the useful detail for divers. The Standard Private class takes 9 passengers and 7 suitcases, and the Small Group class takes 14 and 14, so a dive group with a bag each can be matched to a vehicle without guesswork. Confirm oversized gear bags when you book, as a regulator-and-fins bag is bulkier than a suitcase. Nothing on a Cozumel transfer gains altitude, so a post-dive road transfer is fine; it is the flight itself that the no-fly interval applies to.
