Casa Trahan is a 2,600 square foot three-bedroom unit in the Marazul oceanfront condominium community, just outside downtown Cozumel. It is a large, comfortable base for two couples or a family diving together rather than a compact studio.

Diving From Here

The condo sits directly on the ocean, so snorkelling and swimming happen off the property. Downtown is five minutes away, which puts the independent dive centers on Melgar and Calle Salas, the fiscal pier and the ferry within a very short ride — easy enough to book different operators through the week rather than committing to one. Marina Fonatur is a short taxi south. No dedicated dive rinse tank or gear locker is published, so plan to rinse on the terrace and agree tank storage with your shop.

Rooms And Facilities

Three bedrooms, a modern kitchen equipped with full-size and small appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils, an infinity pool that appears to spill into the Caribbean, and a jetted outdoor hot tub. The scale suits groups who want to cook breakfast before a boat and eat out at night.

Nightly rates are not published — enquiries go through the rental agent by phone or WhatsApp. Marazul is a residential condominium, so there is no front desk, restaurant or hotel service.
