Meet Daniel — Your Cozumel Dive Instructor

Daniel is a passionate dive instructor from Brazil who has been working in the dive industry since 2015. After seeing a large pod of dolphins on his very first dive, he fell in love with the underwater world, left his previous job, and has been diving and teaching ever since.

Over the past 11 years, Daniel has lived and worked as a dive instructor in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, and now Mexico. That international experience has shaped a relaxed, professional and genuinely fun teaching style.

He is certified with both PADI and SSI, with specialties in Nitrox, Deep Diving and Sidemount.
