Octavio is a nature-loving adventure guide based in Cozumel, specialising in scuba diving, freediving and island tours. With 10 years in adventure tourism and 3 years guiding scuba in Cozumel, he combines mountain experience — rafting, rappelling, cave exploration — with underwater expertise.

Octavio holds a PADI Divemaster certification (No. 564480) and is authorised for the Cozumel Marine Park 2026. He works primarily with PADI and other agencies, always running a complete dive plan tailored to each group.

About Octavio

At 35, Octavio began his career in the mountains — guiding rafting, rappelling, waterfall jumps, cave exploration, camping and hiking in Xcaret, Veracruz and San Luis Potosí. Today he brings that same passion for nature underwater, helping guests connect with the ocean and sharpen their skills on Cozumel's world-class reefs.
